Note: The example uses the web browser version of Outlook 365. THE DESKTOP VERSION IS SHOWN AFTER STEP 8. If you have the new preview version of the outlook desktop app enabled, the steps are the same as the web browser version.

New Signature Format

1. Starting at your inbox, click on the gear icon in the upper right side of the web-page.

2. On the next menu, click on "Account" then click on "Signatures"

3. Click on the insert image button or right-click and paste if it is plain text. If you are editing an old signature which is not an image, click "Save" after the changes are made. New Signatures can be copy-pasted and then edited.

4. Browse to your signature image, select it, and then click "Open"

5. Highlight the image that is now in the Email Signature box.

6. Click on the insert link button.

7. Input "www.cioccaautomotive.com" or whichever store that you work from as the web address. The "Display as" field will automatically populate. Click "OK" when you are done.

8. Click on "Save" in the bottom right hand corner.

OUTLOOK 365 DESKTOP VERSION:

1. Click "File"

2. Click "Option"

3. Click Mail and then click "Signature"

4. Click "New" and click "Insert Image." These steps are similar to the web browser version except for the hyperlink. It is recommended to set the hyperlink on the web browser version. If you are editing an old signature which is not an image, click "Save" and then "OK" after the changes are made.

You are now done. Be sure to test the signature by sending an email to yourself or a coworker. Test the link by simply clicking on the image.
