This set of instructions will show you how to set your caller ID to the company standard.
1. Go to https://service.ringcentral.com and log in to the website with your ringcentral credentials. If you are a call queue manager, you will have to click on the drop-down menu next to your initials at the top right-hand corner of the page.
2. Click "Settings"
3. Click on "Outbound Calls/Faxes", then "Caller ID".
This is the area where you would change your caller ID settings.
Please edit all caller ID numbers with the exception of the Fax number to be your store's main number. Here is an example of how it will look once you change the caller ID.

You can also change your caller ID on the dialpad for the application. This will only change it when calling from the application. It will not change the caller ID for your physical deskphone
