This set of instructions will guide you through the process of setting up voicemail notifications that include the voicemail file.
1. First, go to https://service.ringcentral.com and log in with your RingCentral credentials. If you are a call queue manager, you will have to click on the drop-down menu next to your initials at the top right-hand corner of the page.
2. Click on settings:
3. Click on "Notifications", then click on the "Basic Settings" dropdown menu and click "Advanced Settings:
4. Click on "Customize Notifications":
5. Select "Include attachment with email". You can then click "Done" and then "Save".
