CDK Service Connect Now has been deactivated and replaced with CDK Unify. CDK Unify is the new modern hub of applications under CDK Global. You are able to access various apps that are also located on ConnectCDK. The number to contact CDK support is still: 866 668 5394.


To submit a ticket:

1. Go to www.office.com and login

2. Go to "Apps"

3. Select "CDK Unify"


It is recommended to use the Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge Browser for CDK Unify


UPDATE: CDK Unify has been added to every user's Desktop. It will look like the SimpleID icon but with 'Unify' on it: 

It will open using your default browser. 

  


On CDK Unify, select "Customer Care"


The Home tab is where all your tickets are organized split between 4 additional tabs. It also includes a Digital Assistant chatbot(Ask CDK) if you want a quick way to troubleshoot a basic issue. This option is available on all tabs.


The Submit a Case tab is where you will create a ticket with CDK Support. Once you type a subject, there will be recommended solutions placed to the right of the webpage. If those articles do not resolve your issue(s) then continue submission of your ticket. 


The CMF number will show up once you type in your dealership.


The Case Report tabs are records of previous/current cases submitted by anyone in the Ciocca DMS
