SECURE COLLABORATION.   New email security to help you identify dangerous emails   To protect your organization and help you identity potentially dangerous emails, we have installed new security called Mimecast CyberGraph. When an email seems suspicious, CyberGraph will add a banner to it. The color of the banner will indicate how suspicious the email is Information contained in it will help you decide whether the email really is dangerous Examples of banners you might see Mimecast CyberGraph uses artificial intelligence to continuously learn about the types of emails we receive and from who, so over time, you will see fewer banners applied.     Reporting an email as safe, spam or dangerous   Please help protect yourself, your colleagues, and the business by clicking the banner to report the email as safe, spam or dangerous. After clicking you will see a banner like this: Report it as safe and no future emails from that sender to you will have a banner added Report it as dangerous and any similar emails sent to your colleagues will have a banner added to indicate that someone has reported it, and it is likely to be dangerous Report it as spam if it is unsolicited but not dangerous     Thank you for making our organization safer together.
